At Terra Ocean, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers.
📦 Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery timelines range between 2–8 working days from the date of order placement, depending on your location.
In case of any unexpected delay, our team will notify you promptly via email or phone.
🏠 Accurate Delivery Details
To ensure a successful and timely delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping details, including:

Locality & Nearest Landmark

Correct PIN Code and Active Contact Number
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details with the courier company’s name and AWB number to monitor your order status.
🔁 Delivery Failure & Return-to-Origin (RTO)
If the courier is unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts, the product will be returned to us.
In such cases:

The order will be marked as cancelled, and a refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.

If you still wish to receive the product, a new order must be placed.
🚛 Shipping Charges
✅ Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
💳 ₹70 shipping charge for prepaid orders below ₹999
📍 ₹150 flat shipping charge remote PIN codes, regardless of order value
You will be informed at checkout if your location falls under the remote PIN code category.
💰 COD Charges
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select serviceable areas.
A flat COD fee of ₹50 is applicable to all COD orders.
✅ No Hidden Charges
All prices shown on the Terra Ocean website are inclusive of taxes.
You will not be charged any additional fees by the courier at the time of delivery.
